I’m still glowing from the magic of our SERATA: Sanremo Edition at Revival Bar Toronto last Saturday, February 22 — an unforgettable night where Italian music, culture, and community came together to celebrate the spirit of Italy’s most iconic festival, Festival di Sanremo.
From the moment guests stepped inside Revival Bar, they were transported to “la città dei fiori” (the City of Flowers), thanks to breathtaking floral displays by Plantita & Co. The space came alive with color and fragrance — a little corner of the Italian Riviera blooming right on College Street.
Guests enjoyed delicious aperitivi by Off Cut & Co, irresistible San Remo Bakery sweets, and smooth Lavazza espresso martinis in our stunning SMEG Espresso Lounge. Every detail reflected the beauty and warmth of Italian hospitality.
As the lights dimmed, the vibe shifted — and suddenly, Revival transformed into a full-on Italian discoteca. DJ Pulsar curated the perfect soundtrack, blending classic Sanremo hits with the latest songs from Sanremo 2025. It didn’t matter if you grew up listening to Claudio Baglioni or recently discovered Mahmood — everyone was united by one thing: the love of Italian music. Watching generations of Italian-Canadians and Toronto locals dance and sing together reminded me why SERATA is so special.
The team and I appreciate our Italian-Canadian perspective that lets us celebrate the traditions passed down from our parents and grandparents while showcasing the creativity and vibrancy of Italy today. We’re helping a new generation connect to their roots — and inviting everyone to join in the celebration.
